Stephens and Associates is currently seeking volunteers with facial acne to participate in a research study to evaluate and compare the effect of 2 acne treatments.  Qualified participants may be compensated up to $450 for time and travel.

You may qualify if you:

  • Are between the ages of 12-40 years
  • Have facial acne and able to count at least 10 active “pimples” or “zits” and have blackheads
  • Have not used over-the-counter ance treatments within 2 weeks or prescription acne treatments within 4 weeks

You may qualify for participation if you:

  • Are 21-45 years old
  • Have at least 5 active red “pimples” on your face
  • Have not routinely used (more than 3x/week) an OTC acne treatment for 2 weeks prior to your 1st clinic visit.
  • Are able to attend up to 7 visits over the course of 24 weeks
  • Males will need to be regular shavers and not have facial hair

Qualified participants may be receive compensation up to $575 for time and travel during study participation.

Stephens and Associates is conducting a clinical trial to assess the effectiveness of 2 different topical acne treatments to improve acne over the course of 8 weeks

 

You may be eligible for study participation if you:

  • Are male or female aged 16-50 years
  • Are able to count at least 5 active red “pimples” with at least 1-2 newly emerged ones within 3 days of your 1st visit
  • Have the self-perceived presence of pores
  • Are willing to bring your regularly used non-medicated facial skin care products to the 1st visit (i.e. facial cleanser, moisturizer, and/or sunscreen).

You may receive compensation of up to $260 for time and travel.
