Taylor Storch will forever be frozen in my mind as an energetic toddler running around the radio station where her father and I both worked.  Fast forward a decade or so and she became a vibrant young girl whose life was cut short in a tragic skiing accident on March 15, 2010, just one month shy of her 14th birthday. Though her life was taken, she was able to “outlive herself” with the gift of life through organ donation.

Her parents, Todd and Tara Storch, have been able to meet several of the recipients of Taylor’s gift and their story has been featured on Good Morning America, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Today and many more. They’ve just completed a new book, and in it they share their inspiring story and the journey that led them to develop the Taylor’s Gift Foundation, dedicated to increase organ donation to regift life, renew health and restore families.
