I love to repurpose items…and not just because I’m frugal! I like having an easy, no-hassle creative outlet.
This is the time of year when those 5lb boxes of small oranges are on sale everywhere, so I pick up several. Once my boys are done devouring the sweet little fruits, I keep the cute wooden boxes. A little spray paint and cellophane wrap and you’ve got yourself a nice gift basket. I made this one for my son’s teacher and filled it with a bag of coffee, chocolates, note cards and a Starbucks gift card!
