Visit your local Sam’s Club this Saturday, August 9th for FREE Children’s Health and Back to School Screenings from 11 am-3 pm. The screenings will include: Testing of Blood Pressure, Body Mass Index, Dental Tabs, Take home DNA swab kits, Child Safety ID Kits, and Vision. All tests are performed by a licensed professional.
