My family goes nuts over my homemade lasagna. I think it’s the two “secret” ingredients that push it to the next level — fennel seeds and FRESH mozzarella. Seriously, my friends, a bag of Kraft Shredded Cheese doesn’t even compare!
I use this recipe from Allrecipes and usually double it, so we have plenty of leftovers. Remember I have THREE hungry boys! Also, if I’m feeling lazy (which is most of the time), I’ll use jarred sauce, instead of making my own. I just made this last week and substituted the ground beef with venison from the freezer. SO GOOD!
