Back in my radio days, I worked with Samaritan’s Purse and their Operation Christmas Child program. This non-profit does an incredible job of helping children in need, by giving a small shoebox filled with toys, books, toothpaste and the message of Christmas.
Right now, on That Daily Deal, you can buy one shoe box for just $5, plus they’ll MATCH your donation dollar for dollar. So if you donate a box, they will also donate a box…or donate 10 boxes and they will donate 10 boxes! The boxes will be assembled by the That Daily Deal team, then delivered to a local drop off area.
FYI…if you were to “build a box” online at the Samaritan’s Purse website, it would cost $25, so this is a great deal and an easy way for you to help our someone in need with very little effort.
