Visit your local Sam’s Club Saturday, Feb. 14th for FREE Health Screenings from 11 am-3 pm. The screenings will include: Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL (Good Cholesterol), Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage, Vision screenings. All tests are performed by a licensed professional.
