I was watching Good Morning Texas today and they were discussing a casting call for a new Lego Friends movie on November 22nd from 2:30 – 6:00pm in Dallas. Here are the details from the Septien Entertainment Group website:
Wanna be in the upcoming LEGO FRIENDS movie?
Septien Entertainment Group is teaming up with Tim Byrne and DALLAS LOVATO to audition for 5 lucky singers to appear in the popular Lego Friends movie!! Tim Byrne who is the amazing music executive who teamed up with Simon Cowell to create, mentor and launch ONE DIRECTION, FIFTH HARMONY AND LEONA LEWIS, will be selecting the top singers! What a great chance to get in front of this music mogul!
On behalf of LEGO (the No. 1 toy brand in the world), M2 Film is forming a dynamic new pop girl group based on the incredibly popular girls brand LEGO FRIENDS. If selected in one of the five spots available you will record, promote and perform songs from the new upcoming LEGO FRIENDS movie!!!
We need GIRLS AGED 10 TO 13 who can sing or dance, or better yet do BOTH!!
Casting breakdown:
● Must be close to the age of 10-13 and female and dress age appropriate
● Must be able to sing, dance and have a bubbly, confident, outgoing personality ! Must have great stage presence and love to perform!
● You will sing one minute of any song of your own choice acapella. (No more than one verse and one chorus.)
● You will Freestyle dance to one minute of a song that we choose!
Open call auditions will be November 22nd from 2:30 – 6:00pm
