FYI… the salmon orders come in 25 lb boxes, so make room in your freezer or split it with a friend. Most orders need to be placed before September 9th – or before they sell out of stock (which happens often).

Plus, farm-raised salmon has synthetically-derived astaxanthin and canthaxanthin added to its feed, to give you that appealing pink color—otherwise, the pen-raised fish would have an unappetizing, grayish hue. Yuck.
