Sam’s Club is hosting FREE health screenings on Saturday, 6/14 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., The screenings are FREE and available to the public at all Sam’s Club locations with a pharmacy.
The event features tests valued at up to $100 and screenings will vary by location. Please contact your Sam’s Club find out more information on this FREE event.
Screening will Include:
PSA (Men), Glucose, Total Cholesterol, HDL (Good Cholesterol), Risk Ratio, Blood Pressure, Body Fat Percentage, Vision
