We LOVE Hawaiian Falls because of it’s family-friendly environment. Plus, it’s not as overwhelming as the bigger water parks, but still has a lot of big and fast rides to keep my three, thrill-seeking boys entertained.

  1. My favorite way to save at local businesses is to bid at silent auction fundraisers. It’s a great way to discover new salons, birthday party venues, summer camps, all kinds of great businesses. I am always sure to thank them for donating to the auctions’ causes and to return as a customer.

  2. I love the Entertainment book (and app). I buy it on sale anyway and definitely get my money back and then some! I also share the coupons we won’t use – so friends and family get in on the action too!

  3. I shop the sales for food or at aldi and i love the red box its a nice way to see new movies without spending an arm and a leg at the movies

  4. I use the RetailMeNot app to save big on food when we go out and every Tuesday we take the kids out to the movies for discount day at Evo entertainment where the tickets are 5$ for everyone and popcorn is just 3$! 🙂

  5. We love going to places that have “kids eat free nights”! We also use Groupon and sites like that, to get good deals and often discover new places.

  6. Look for the weekly deals instead of weekend deals – always cheaper and do stay in nights on the weekends. Tuesday night at the movies $5, restaurant.com for cheap dinner coupons, groupons, living social….

  7. Kids eat free deals. Also google to find out tips from others before me. Saved $150 on Sea World admission for my family this summer thanks to google and the tips of others. A Natalie-worthy deal I think.

  8. We’ve seen alot of movies lately, so I like to get gift cards from Kroger for AMC and fandango, then I earn fuel points. So I save on the gift cards by adding discounts to my Kroger card, and earn 2X and 4x fuel points on top of that.

  9. Dallas Mayors Summer Reading Program– great rewards for reading like circus tickets and Dallas Children’s theater tickets.

  10. CouponCrazyMommy is my go to place for discounts and fun savings.Your site gives my family more stretch for our dollar.

  11. I Love taking my grandkids places every week but I am on a limited income so I use coupons, crazy mommy, groupon,ad pages, and living social social to be able to afford it!

  12. One way I save is to borrow books from the local library’s ebook catalog. My daughter and I are big readers and this saves a lots of money!

  13. We love to look for specials on the website of the place we want to go, use military discounts or find groupons.
